Issues with the Chromatic web application

Some users are currently experiencing issues navigating to their project pages after logging in. We are currently working on a fix for the issue and believe we have identified the root cause.

For now, a workaround is to use the URL of your project or account page directly. You can use your browser's history or a bookmark to navigate their directly and circumvent the issue until we have deployed our fix.

We are aware that a few customers who utilize SSO with specific settings are unable to login. We believe that we understand what the problem is and are working on a resolution in the very short term.

We are aware of customers experiencing errors when attempting to log in to Chromatic. We are urgently working on a fix at this time and will keep this status page updated as we make progress. This is a top priority at this time.

The status checks are not updating for some customers who enforce branch protection rules requiring passing checks before merging. We are working on resolving this issue.
