We are currently seeing some reports of users not being able to sign into Chromatic via GitLab. We are aware of these reports and are investigating the root cause.

Chromatic is experiencing slower than usual page loads

We are currently experiencing slower than usual page loads for account and test pages. We are working on a mitigation to return page load times to normal and will keep this page up to date as we proceed.

We are currently experiencing issues with single-sign on for some customers. Customer success managers have reached out with instructions for a resolution for those customers. If you are having problems with single sign on, please check your email inbox for instructions.

SSO unavailable for some customers

A subset of customers are unable to use SSO login at this time. We believe this to be limited to customers attempting to log into Chromatic via a bookmark or direct link from their IDP. We've identified a workaround for affected customers and will be reaching out proactively to customers we believe to be affected.
