Some password protected Storybooks with custom domains not working

We are aware of an issue with password protected Storybooks that are hosted behind custom domains and have identified the issue affecting them. We are deploying a fix and will monitor the situation for recurrence.

Problems with latest version of Chromatic CLI

We are currently getting reports that the latest version of the Chromatic CLI is exiting with the following error:

Invalid version. Must be a string. Got type "object".

We are currently investigating and will update shortly with the status of this issue.

Some snapshots are unavailable in the UI

Users of the Chromatic webapp are intermittently experiencing errors when trying to load snapshot images from our infrastructure. We are working on resolving this issue and will post updates to this page when we have more information.

Builds timing out

Some users have reported that builds are failing to publish and timing out. We are actively working on remediation.
